Not every project starts with a finished drawing. Sometimes what a company needs isn't a single job quoted and closed — it's a standing engineering partner they can call when a new idea shows up. That's what this offering is: an ongoing design and engineering retainer, backed by the same in-house team that machines, fabricates, and builds everything else we do. Instead of hiring a full internal R&D staff, you get access to ours — and you don't need to be a big company to use it. We work this way with a one-person startup just as readily as an established manufacturer.
We take a rough idea — a sketch, a napkin drawing, a problem that needs solving — through CAD, engineering review, and into a working prototype. Because design and fabrication live under the same roof, there's no handoff between the people who draw the part and the people who build it. That shortens the loop between "what if" and "here's a part you can hold," and it's the same discipline behind our Product Design & Engineering work.
Once a design is proven, it doesn't have to leave the shop to get built. We can move straight from a validated prototype into a small production run using the same Prototyping & Small-Batch and Custom Fabrication capabilities we use on every other project — no new vendor, no re-explaining the part, no lost tribal knowledge along the way.
