Service 01
Tight-tolerance metal components, machined in-house from raw stock to finished part.
When a part has to hold a real tolerance — not "close enough," but the number on the print — it comes through our CNC shop. We machine aluminum, steel, brass, and stainless into components for the reloading industry, sporting goods, and custom industrial equipment, running everything from one-off prototypes to repeat production batches.
Our Reloading Equipment line is a good example of what this looks like in practice: intricate machined parts that perform precise operations where a few thousandths of an inch is the difference between a part that works and one that doesn't. The same discipline shows up in smaller, stranger places too — our Guitar Truss Rod system is machined to tolerances most people never think to ask an instrument for.
Send us a drawing, a model, or a rough sketch and a sample — we'll work out the rest. We machine in-house, so there's no middleman between your spec and the part that ships, and no surprises in lead time because someone else's shop is behind schedule.
Our CNC workhorse — handles the bulk of the tight-tolerance milling that comes through the door. Runs wood, plastics, aluminum, and some steel.
For turned parts, one-offs, and the fine hand-adjustment work a CNC program can't replace.
